The Hong Kong Observatory will issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 at 9.20pm tonight (September 7), and the signal will remain in force at least until 11am tomorrow (September 8). The Education Bureau announces that classes of all day schools are suspended tomorrow.
