In order to supplement classroom teaching on subjects relating to the Legislative Council and to provide students with basic knowledge about the Legislature, our school had arranged a visit to the LegCob complex for Grade 5 students.
Hon Chan Hok Fung, the Legislative Council Member, and the docent from the Legislative Council Secretariat led the students to walk through the facilities of the Legislative Council Complex, followed by interactive educational activities. Students gained an understaning of the powers and functions of the Legislative Council after the visit.
