Congratulations to Leng Chon Kuo, Jesse, for excelling in a highly competitive selection process and officially becoming a member of the 13th "Shining Star" program organized by the Gifted Education Fund. Jesse has also been awarded the prestigious "Shining Star" Talent Development Scholarship.
In addition to his academic achievements, Jesse has demonstrated exceptional performance in non-academic areas, as demonstrated by his previous recognition as a recipient of the Sir Robert Black Trust Fund Scholarships for outstanding students in swimming.
